Ingredients:
2 oz. light rum
3 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. 3V Select™ Coconut Cream ice
Directions:
Mix in blender and pour into colada glass. Serve with cherry and pineapple spear.

Dirty Banana
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz. Tia Maria
5 oz. 3V Select™ Wild Blueberry
fill milk or cream ice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender with ice. Pour into glass and top with splash of Tia Maria or chocolate shavings.

Mango Margarita
Ingredients:
4 oz. 3V Select™ Mango
1 1/4 oz. tequila
1/2 oz. cointreau
1/4 lime
splash chambord
Directions:
In blender, squeeze juice of lime. Add 3V Select™ Mango and blend. Add other ingredients except chambord and blend. Combine with ice then serve topped with a splash of chambord and garnished with a lime wedge or wheel.

Cosmopolitan Classic
Ingredients:
3/4 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. triple sec
1 oz. 3V Select™ Cranberry
1/2 oz. lime juice
Directions:
Add ingredients to cocktail mixer, shake, and then strain into a chilled martini glass.

1940s Floradora Cooler
Ingredients:
1 lime
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1/2 oz. 3V Classic™ Raspberry
2 oz. carbonated water
2 oz. dry gin
fill carbonated water or ginger ale
cracked ice
Directions:
Into 12 ounce glass put juice of one lime, powdered sugar, grenadine and 2 ounces carbonated water. Stir. Fill glass with cracked ice and add dry gin. Fill with carbonated water or ginger ale. (Makes one 12 oz. serving.)

Between the Sheets
Ingredients:
1 oz. Bacardi rum
1/2 oz. Cognac

Ingredients:
Several dashes Framboise or raspberry schnapps

Directions:
Mix all ingredients with ice in a shaker or blender. Pour into a chilled highball glass. Add ice cubes if necessary and fill with club soda.

Aloha
Ingredients:
Small scoop vanilla ice cream
2 oz. orange juice
2 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. Rose's lime juice
1 1/2 oz. cream liqueur

1 oz. dark rum
Pineapple stick
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except pineapple stick, with cracked ice in a blender and pour into a chilled Hurricane or Collins glass. Do not over mix. Garnish with pineapple stick; From the Kahala Hilton Hotel, Honolulu.

Ambrosia for Two
Ingredients:
Several dashes 3V Classic™ Raspberry
3 oz. apple brandy
3 oz. brandy
champagne
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except champagne, with cracked ice in a shaker or blender and pour equally into two chilled wine glasses. Fill each glass with cold champagne.

Hurricane
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. 3V Classic™ Passion Fruit
1 oz. gold rum
1 oz. light rum
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker or blender and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Calm Voyage
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Galliano or Strega
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. 3V Classic™ Passion Fruit
1 egg white (for two drinks)
1 oz. light rum
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a blender until smooth and pour into a chilled champagne tulip glass.

Applejack Punch
Ingredients:
2 - 750mL. bottles applejack or calvados
2 liters lemon-lime soda or 1 liter lemon-lime soda / 1 liter club soda
2 cups light rum
2 cups peach brandy
1/2 Apple slice
1/2 cup 3V Classic™ Maple
1 cup brandy
1 pt. lemon juice
Directions:
Pre-chill all ingredients and pour applejack, rum, peach brandy, brandy, lemon juice, and maple syrup into a chilled punch bowl with a large cake of ice. Stir well, adjust sweetness, and pour in soda. Stir gently and garnish with apple slices. Makes about 45 servings.

Bombay Bellini
Ingredients:
1 oz. 3V Select™ Mango
champagne
Mango slices
Directions:
Pour mango puree into glass and slowly add champagne. Stir gently.
Garnish with a mango slice.

Amalfi Cocktail
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Galliano
1 1/2 oz. Bourbon or whisky
1 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. 3V Classic™ Almond
Schweppes (r) Club Soda
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except club soda) in a shaker or blender with. Pour into a chilled Collins glass. Fill with club soda.

Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri
Ingredients:
2 oz. canned pineapple, finely chopped
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. 3V Classic™ Pineapple or crme de banana
1 1/2 oz. light rum
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with plenty of crushed ice in a blender for a few seconds until snowy and pour into a chilled deep-saucer champagne glass.

Irish Fix
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. Irish Mist
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. 3V Classic™ Pineapple
1 1/2 oz. Irish whiskey
Lemon slice
Orange slice
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except fruit slices) with ice in a shaker or blender. Pour into an Old Fashioned glass and garnish with fruit slices.

Guanabara Guava
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. maraschino liqueur
1/2 oz. pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz. gold rum
1 1/2 oz. 3V Classic™ Guava
1 tsp. 3V Select™ Coconut Cream
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Lemon slice
Lemon-lime soda
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except soda and lemon slice, with cracked ice in a shaker or blender, pour into a chilled Collins glass, and top with cold club soda. Stir gently and garnish with lemon slice.

Mirage
Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Midori
3/4 oz. strawberry liqueur
1 Ginger beer
1 oz. lime juice
1 oz. 3V Classic™ Strawberry
1 oz. Vodka
Mint sprigs [optional]
Directions:
Pour the first three ingredients into an ice-filled highball glass in the following order: lime juice, Midori, ginger beer. Do not stir - keep the ingredients separated. In a mixing glass with ice add the remaining ingredients: vodka, strawberry liqueur, and 3V Classic™ Strawberry, and mix well. Carefully strain over the back of a bar spoon over the highball glass so that the mixture floats on top of the ingredients in the highball glass. Do not stir. Garnish with mint sprig.

Isle of the Blessed Coconut
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. orange juice
1 1/2 oz. light rum
1 tsp. 3V Select™ Coconut Cream
1 tsp. 3V Classic™ Almond
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with cracked ice in a blender until smooth and pour into a chilled deep-saucer champagne glass.

Mango Daiquiri
Ingredients:
3/4 oz. Curanao
2 oz. 3V Select™ Mango
1/2 oz. lime juice
1 1/2 oz. light rum
Directions:
Mix with plenty of cracked ice in a blender until frapped and pour into a chilled wine glass. Serve with straws.

Cayman Cup
Ingredients:
2 oz. 3V Select™ Mango
2 oz. orange juice
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. triple sec
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
Mango slices or peach slices
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except mango slices, with cracked ice in a shaker or blender. Pour into a chilled Collins glass. Decorate with fruit slices.

The Zombie
Ingredients:
1/4 oz. grenadine
1/2 oz. dark rum
1/2 oz. 3V Classic™ Almond
1/2 oz. Over proof rum
1/2 oz. 3V Select™ Papaya [optional]
1 oz. Curanao
1 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. light rum
1 oz. orange juice
1 tsp. Pernod or Herbsaint
1 oz. pineapple juice
Pineapple stick
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except pineapple stick) with cracked ice in a blender. Pour into a tall, chilled Collins glass. Garnish with mint sprig and pineapple stick. Note: Lots of versions of this drink - but all seem to have 3 types of rum

Blue Mountain Cooler
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. triple sec
1 1/2 oz. light rum
1 oz. 3V Classic™ Blueberry

Blueberries
Schweppes (r) Club Soda
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except club soda, blueberries, and lemon slice), with ice in a shaker or blender. Pour into a chilled Collins glass. Fill with club soda and garnish with a few blueberries and lemon slice.

Tropical December
Ingredients:
4 oz. orange juice
2 oz. 3V Classic™ Guava
2 oz. 3V Select™ Mango
1/2 oz. blue Curanao
1 oz. Mandarine Napoleon or orange liqueur
1 oz. Plymouth Gin
Maraschino cherry
Mint sprigs
Orange slice
Schweppes (r) Tonic Water
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except tonic water, orange slice, cherry, and mint) in a shaker or blender with ice. Pour into a tall, chilled Collins or iced-tea style glass. Top with a splash of tonic water and garnish with orange slice, cherry, and mint sprig.

Caramel and Rum
Ingredients:
2 cups apple juice or cider
4 oz. 3V Classic™ Caramel
1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 Tbsp. unsalted butter
3/4 cup dark rum
2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, bring apple juice, 3V Classic™ Caramel and cinnamon to a simmer. Add 2 Tbsp. butter and continue simmering until butter has melted. Remove from heat. Stir in rum and lemon juice. Divide hot cider into 4 mugs. Cut remaining Tbsp. butter into 4 pieces and drop one piece into each mug. Dust with ground nu™eg or cinnamon and serve warm. Serves 4.

Tropical Cocktail
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. La Grande Passion
1 1/2 oz. Plymouth Gin
1 oz. frozen pineapple juice concentrate
1 oz. 3V Classic™ Guava
Orange peel
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except orange peel, with cracked ice in a shaker or blender and pour into a chilled Old Fashioned glass. Twist orange peel over drink and drop into glass.

Almond Sparkler
Ingredients:
6 oz. Champagne or sparkling wine
1 oz. 3V Classic™ Almond
Directions:
Combine Champagne and 3V Classic™ Almond in a fluted glass and stir gently. Serves 1.

Jacaranda
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. cream
1/2 oz. peppermint schnapps
1 1/2 oz. 3V Select™ Mango
1 oz. light rum or white rum
1 tsp. peach schnapps
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except peach schnapps, with cracked ice in a shaker or blender and pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with peach schnapps.

Rosa Mexicano's Pomegranate Margarita
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. triple sec
1 1/2 oz. tequila
1 oz. 3V AntiOx™ Pomegranate
1 oz. lime juice
Coarse salt [optional]
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except salt) with ice in a shaker or blender. Pour into a chilled Margarita glass, the rim of which has been dipped in salt.

Brandy Port
Ingredients:
1 oz. brandy
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 oz. 3V Select™ Black Cherry
1 oz. tawny port
Directions:
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with orange slices.

Tropical Splendor
Ingredients:
2 oz. 3V Select™ Black Cherry
2 oz. 3V Select™ Passion Fruit
1/4 oz. grenadine
1 1/2 oz. Kiwi Liqueur
1 1/2 oz. rum
Directions:
Shake and serve over ice in a highball or specialty glass. Garnish with a kiwi fruit.

Frozen Guava Daiquiri
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. lime juice
1 1/2 oz. light rum
1 tsp. crme de banana [optional]
1 oz. 3V Classic™ Guava
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with plenty of crushed ice in a blender for a few seconds until snowy and pour into a chilled deep-saucer champagne glass.

Banana Daiquiri
Ingredients:
6 oz. 3V Select™ Banana
1/2 oz. lime juice
1 1/2 oz. rum (or light rum)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with ice in a blender until smooth. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass. Decorate rim of glass with half a slice of banana or some cur pieces.

Frozen Peach Daiquiri
Ingredients:
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. 3V Classic™ Peach
1 1/2 oz. light rum
1 heaping tbsp. frozen peaches, diced (fresh, canned)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients with plenty of crushed ice in a blender for a few seconds until snowy and pour into a chilled deep-saucer champagne glass.

The Peach Palace
Ingredients:
3 oz. 3V Classic™ Peach
1 oz. Rose's Cocktail Infusion Cranberry Twist
1 oz. vodka
Ice
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add 1 oz. vodka, 1 oz. Rose's Cocktail Infusion Cranberry Twist mix and 3 oz. 3V Classic™ Peach. Stir until well chilled and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a peach and cranberry skewer.

Anna's Bananas
Ingredients:
4 oz. 3V Select™ Banana
1 1/2 oz. vodka
1 oz. lime juice
1 tsp. 3V Classic™ Almond
Lime slice
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except lime slice, with cracked ice in a blender until smooth. Strain into a chilled wine glass and garnish with lime slice

Blue Lagoon
Ingredients:
1 oz. 3V Select™ Coconut Cream
1 1/2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. blue curacao
2 oz. pineapple juice
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until blended and strain into prepared martini glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge. Serves 1.

Strawberry Champagne
Ingredients:
4 oz. 3V Select™ Strawberry
1 Box of wild baby strawberries
1 Bottle of good champagne
1 Roll of green and red striped roll-up candy
Directions:
Stem the box of strawberries, and freeze. Roll the candy in a spread out pattern so it forms a rosette. Cut a string of the candy and decorate the glasses by rolling it around the glass, starting with the stem and working your way up to the rim (so it looks like a climbing vine) at the rim of the glass where the "vine" ends stick the candy rose. When ready to serve, fill the champagne glasses with the frozen strawberries add the 3V Select™ Strawberry and pop that bubbly. Pour to the top and enjoy. Serves 4

Caribbean Passion
Ingredients:
1 cup ice
1/2 oz. 3V Select™ Coconut Cream
1/2 oz. 3V Classic™ Raspberry
4 oz. (1/2 cup) pineapple juice
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) rum
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a commercial blender in the order shown and blend until smooth (about 20 seconds). Yields one 8-oz. drink.

Mango Margarita
Ingredients:
1 cup ice
3 oz. margarita mix
1 oz. tequila
1 oz. 3V Select™ Mango
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well; strain into a salt-rimmed glass. Yields 1/ 6-oz. drink.

Marshmallow over Cacao
Ingredients:
1 oz. 3V Classic™ Marshmallow
2 oz. vodka
2 oz. half and half
1/2 oz. crme de cacao
Serve in a martini glass with a graham cracker crumb rim.
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker half filled with ice, shake well and strain into a martini glass. Serves 1.

Kiwi Margarita
Ingredients:
1 cup ice
3 oz. margarita mix
1 oz. tequila
1 oz. 3V Classic™ Kiwi
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well; strain into a salt-rimmed glass. Yields 1/ 6-oz. drink.
